Eddie Levi Lee, Director of "The Complete History of America (Abridged)" became Artistic Director of The Empty Space Theatre in January of 1993. He has also directed in Seattle for Annex Theatre and Left Coast Theatre and, in Atlanta, for the Theatrical Outfit and Southern Theatre Conspiracy, among others. Mr. Lee has authored such widely-produced plays as "Tent Meeting", "Hamlet...The Musical", "Blood Orgy of the Bermuda Triangle Zombie Assassins", "Some Things You Need to Know Before the World Ends...A Final Evening with the Illuminati", "The Salvation of Iggy Scrooge", "Wuthering!Heights!The!Musical!", and most recently, "Expressions of the Spirit: Tales of the Brothers Grimm". As an actor, Mr. Lee has appeared at A Contemporary Theatre, The Empty Space Theatre, Seattle Children's Theatre, Tacoma Actors Guild and The Seattle Repertory Theatre. He has also performed for Atlanta's Alliance Theatre, Push/Push Theatre, Georgia Ensemble Theatre, Horizon Theatre, the Philadelphia Drama Guild, ATL, the Kennedy Center, Dublin Theatre and various Off-Broadway stages.
