Actor's Express is pleased to nominate Jessica Linden for the Suzi Bass Award Volunteer of the Year Award. Jessica has been a valuable member of the Actor's Express for over 20 years and has also served on the boards of other theatres, including Horizon Theatre. At the Express, she has served on a number of board committees and continues her board service in an extremely active way. In fact, her breadth of institutional memory proved invaluable during our recent strategic planning process. But even more important than her individual contributions to the health of Actor's Express, she proves time and again that she is one of the great cheerleaders for our theatre, as well as for the entire theatre community of Atlanta. And it seems that the longer she serves, the more energy and enthusiasm she has. Everyone who has ever seen a play in this city will probably recognize her – you’ve probably bumped into her in the audience. She sees everything! Everyone in this community either knows Jessica or has benefited from her undying devotion to Atlanta theatre even if they’ve not met her. She means the world to everyone at Actor's Express and we are proud that she is a member of our theatre’s family, as well as the larger family of our theatre community.
