2009 Awards Nominee Information

We received some information from the producing organizations, but need current and complete contact information to make sure you don’t miss any communications. If you’re a previous nominee, please click the button to the left to update your on file information.

There are several things to know and do in preparation for the Suzi Awards Event on Monday, November 9th.  Read the items below and please contact the Executive Director, Deadra Moore, if you have any questions.

We want you to celebrate with us.  But we certainly understand if you cannot.  We would like you to designate a surrogate to accept on your behalf and to pick up your Nomination Certificate.  Your surrogate can use your Nominee ticket and should you win, we’ll announce the surrogate’s name as accepting for you.

Simply send an email to SuziAwards@comcast.net to let us know your choice.

We’re pleased to offer our Nominees a half-price ticket to the Awards event.  Space is limited, so reserve  yours by purchasing your Nominee ticket through Paypal.  If you prefer, you may mail a check or money order to the address below, postmarked before October 31, 2009.  Seating is general admission, so your guests may purchase their tickets through this website and you’ll still be able to sit together!

Find some fancy duds and get ready to PARTY!

We like to use the phrase “creative black tie.”  Tuxedos and evening gowns will be there, but not required.  Wear whatever makes you feel fancy.  With so much creative talent in the room, the possibilities are endless!

We’ll have a cash bar, and a great after-party, so you won’t be leaving when all the awards have been given out.  Professional photographers will also be on hand to snap some candid portraits, or you can have an “awards photo” made for posterity!
