Support the Suzi Awards or your favorite Nominees with a notice in the 2011 Suzi Awards Official
Program. It is easy and convenient. Expose your business or service to the theatre community and its
supporters through a beautiful full color advertisement.

Individuals or groups may congratulate their favorite artist, production or theatre company through a
basic Congratulations Ad. We can even design the ad for you for a small additional fee of $25.

Business Ads:

Support the Suzi Awards or your favorite Nominees with a notice in the 2011 Suzi Awards Official Program. Expose your business or service to the theatre community and its supporters through a beautiful full color advertisement.

Exposure: Just as innumerable Atlanta businesses benefit from the theatre-going community, your
ad will have an extensive audience of Awards Event attendees, government officials, arts community
organizations, the businesses that support them and the thousands of patrons of each of the twenty-one participating Atlanta theatres. Corporate Partners and Event Sponsor information and logos will run
on the Suzi Awards website thru June following the Awards Ceremony.

Inside Covers:

Reserved for Partners at $5,000 level or, if space available, then:
Ad only = $1,250
(No tickets or additional signage, no extended website placement)
Bleed preferred (background colors extend to the border of the page);
Ad Size 8.5” (live area) +.25” for bleed x 11” (live area) +.25" for bleed

(Four-color, no bleed, 1/4” white border)
Full Page (8.5” x 11”) - $800
Half Page (8.5” x 5.5”) - $550
Quarter Page (4.25” x 5.5”) - $300
Business Card - $150

*Not-for-profit organizations may place promotional ads for a 50% discount on the above rates. If
ads are not camera ready, a small graphic design fee of $50 will be charged.

Individuals or non-profit groups may congratulate their favorite artist, production or theatre company through a basic Congratulations Ad. We can even design the ad for you - all you do is provide the text.

Personal or Non-Profit Organization “Congratulations” Ads
(B&W only, no bleed, 1/4” white border)
Full Page (8.5” x 11”) - $400
Half Page (8.5” x 5.5”) - $275
Quarter Page (4.25” x 5.5”) - $150
Business Card size - $75

If ads are not camera ready or need to be designed, a small graphic design fee of $25 will be charged.

PDF files work best: Hi -res (300dpi), write the .pdf as "press optimized."
Alternative: an inDesign CS (NOT CS2) file, with ALL graphics and fonts included.
Included images should be .eps (vector file) or 300dpi .tif files.
